• Jack Simpson Gym (JACK)

  Built for the 1988 Olympic Winter Games, the Jack Simpson Gymnasium still ranks as one of the finest university gymnasium facilities in Canada. The facility features three full-size playing courts, a 200m indoor running track, and a capacity of 3454 spectators. With an 18m ceiling and indirect mercury vapour lighting, the ‘Jack’ is the perfect venue for high-caliber volleyball. Secure locker rooms will be available for teams in the Olympic Oval adjacent to the gym. The Red Gym, within the same facility, will be utilized for team practices and warm-ups when necessary, as well as for the Consolation Final.
