Registration
Registration to be done on-line for Volleyball Canada members. Non-member teams, please contact Volleyball Canada's at 613-748-5681 x.232 Deadline: April 25th, 2008 Registration fee: $700

Team Eligibility
New this year: non-member competitive teams may register for this event. Please contact Volleyball Canada to do so. Out of country teams must be in good standings with their respective National Federation and present a letter of permission in order to register.

Player's Eligibility
Senior: no age restriction Master (35 +): must be born in 1973 or before

Roster
The team's roster may consist of a maximum of 15 players and 4 coaching staff. Only 12 of those 15 players may be registered on the scoresheet during the competition and will be permitted to play any given match. These 12 athetes may vary from one match to another. For VC member teams from on-line provinces, your roster will be transfered automatically. For VC member teams from off-line provinces you will have to manually enter all the information necessary to create your roster.

Withdrawal
Refunds will be given (less a $100 administrative fee) on withdrawls made up to the registration deadline of the event. After this time, no refunds will be given.

Technical Matters
Playing Rules: The official Volleyball Canada 2007-2008 Indoor Rule Book will govern play at the National Championships

Scheduling
Schedules will be posted wednesday before the event. The final match on Sunday will be scheduled no later than 4:30pm. We do our best to run on schedule but unforseen events may cause the tournament to run later than expected.

Warm-up
A minimum of 10 minutes (5-5 hitting) will be available for warm-up prior to the start of each match.

Medical Services
There will be medical attention provided for the athletes by emergency Medical Services personel.

Transportation
Teams are responsible for arranging their own transportation to, from and during the championships.
