Welcome to ISET.NET, a sports competition management platform operated by Geoffrey Stephens Engineered IT (GSE).
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the ISET.NET platform, including associated services, applications, and websites. By accessing or using ISET.NET, you agree to these Terms.
ISET.NET provides a cloud-based platform that enables sports organizations to manage competitions and related activities, including:
ISET.NET may include web portals, mobile applications, and related digital services.
You must be at least 18 years old, or have authorization from a sport organization, club, league, or governing body, to use administrative features of the platform.
Organizations registering for ISET.NET represent that they have authority to act on behalf of their organization.
Organizations may create administrative accounts to manage competitions, events, registrations, scoring, and related operational functions.
Account administrators are responsible for:
Administrators may grant access to coaches, officials, event staff, volunteers, or other authorized representatives.
Organizations using ISET.NET may enter, upload, or manage participant and competition-related data, including names, team affiliations, schedules, match results, standings, and statistics.
The organization providing such data is responsible for ensuring it has the legal right, authority, or consent required to collect, use, and submit that information to ISET.NET.
GSE processes such data solely for the purpose of providing and improving the ISET.NET service.
You agree not to:
GSE may suspend or restrict access where misuse, abuse, or security concerns are identified.
ISET.NET provides tools for recording, displaying, and distributing competition information, including match results, standings, and statistics.
The accuracy and official status of results remain the responsibility of the relevant event organizers, officials, leagues, federations, or governing bodies. ISET.NET does not act as the official governing authority for any competition unless expressly agreed in writing.
GSE makes commercially reasonable efforts to keep ISET.NET available and operational. However, the service may be unavailable from time to time due to:
GSE does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service at all times.
Certain ISET.NET services may be offered on a paid basis. Fees may be based on factors such as:
Commercial terms for paying organizations may be governed by a separate Subscriber Agreement, proposal, quote, order form, or other written agreement.
ISET.NET, including its software, features, content structure, trademarks, branding, and related technology, is owned by Geoffrey Stephens Engineered IT or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Subject to these Terms, users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the platform for its intended purposes.
You may not:
Competition and organizational data entered into ISET.NET remains the property of the organization or party that submitted it, subject to any participant rights and applicable law.
By using the platform, you grant GSE the right to host, process, transmit, back up, and display such data as necessary to operate, support, secure, and improve ISET.NET.
Public-facing competition information, such as schedules, standings, scores, and results, may be displayed through ISET.NET and associated public interfaces.
ISET.NET may process personal information in connection with registrations, participant rosters, account administration, competition results, and support services.
Our handling of personal information is governed by the ISET.NET Privacy Policy.
ISET.NET may rely on third-party service providers, including cloud hosting, messaging, analytics, payment, or infrastructure vendors.
GSE is not responsible for failures, downtime, or losses caused by third-party services outside its reasonable control.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ISET.NET is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. GSE makes no warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted availability.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GSE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of revenue, loss of data, business interruption, event disruption, or reputational harm arising from or related to the use of ISET.NET.
In all cases, GSE’s total liability arising out of or relating to the service shall not exceed the amounts paid by the applicable subscriber to GSE for the service during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or one hundred Canadian dollars (CAD $100) if no fees were paid, unless otherwise specified in a separate written agreement.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Geoffrey Stephens Engineered IT, its affiliates, officers, employees, and contractors from and against claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses arising from:
GSE may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to ISET.NET where reasonably necessary, including where:
Organizations may discontinue use of the platform at any time, subject to any separate contractual obligations.
GSE may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of ISET.NET after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of New Brunswick and the laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the use of ISET.NET shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Brunswick, Canada.
